VOSHA will be running U8 and U6 Mites through the Arcadia Ice ADM Program this season.

Modeled after USA Hockey’s national program, ADM is designed to develop players of all skill level ages 10 and under by focusing on fundamental aspects of the game and athletic ability. A wide range of skill station drills each practice will allow players to develop hockey skills quickly. Fast-paced practices with a lot of puck touches make this program ideal for the young aspiring player. Designed to lift competitive spirit, this program also develops the performance aspect of hockey through cross-ice games and jamboree tournament events.

Coaches include: Jim Rogers, John Kosobud, Alex Hicks, Ron Filion, Sean Whyte, and a variety of other Firebird & Mustang coaches.

Weekly Schedule
Mondays 5:00-6:00pm at Oceanside Ice Arena
Thursdays 5:10-6:40pm at Arcadia Ice Arena
Saturdays 9:00-10:00am at Arcadia Ice Arena
